Nicholas was asking for you to explain what you mean by walk 5 minutes easy, jog 20 minutes, walk 1 minute times 2, walk 5 minutes. What do you mean by walk 1 minute times 2? So, you know what I am talking about? If you can explain those sort of things in your training programmes?

LINDSEY PARRY: Yes, so essentially, the first 5 minute walk is just to get the heart rate going slightly warmer and there will be a comma after that, and then you will get into the actual programme.
